3rd Annual Cops & Goblins Halloween Festival
Plan to attend the Ocean View Police Department's 3rd Annual Cops & Goblins Halloween Festival on October 29th from 1pm - 4pm at the John West Park in Ocean View. There will be a Petting Zoo, Free Ritas, Burgers, Tacos and Pizza and of course, CANDY!
Costume Contest for 12 years old and under. Prizes awarded for:
