Basic Knife Skills

Join Chef Scott to brush up on your knife skills! Listen as Chef describes the anatomy of a knife, how to properly grip your knife, and the importance of the claw method. Then practice some basic knife cuts as he provides one-on-one guidance and feedback. Please bring your two favorite kitchen knives that you typically reach for to chop, dice, and mince. For safety purposes, this class will be limited to no more than 8 attendees. Nonmembers of Bayside Resort Golf Club may register within 7 days of the class.
