Business Registration - Festive Fridays in Fenwick Island

Calling all Fenwick Island businesses! 

If you are interested in participating in the Festive Fridays in Fenwick Island shop local initiative on Fridays December 5th, 12th, and 19th  please sign up by November 24th, using the green "Register" button.  If you have any questions, call Emily at 302-539-2100. Participating businesses will be listed on bethany-fenwick.org, thequietresorts.com, The Quiet Resorts social media accounts, and BFACC social media accounts.  Participating businesses will also be listed in weekly advertisements in the Coastal Point, on December 5th, 12th, and 19th.

Are you feeling festive?  The BFACC, in partnership with participating businesses in Fenwick Island, will be encouraging visitors and locals to come to Fenwick businesses the first three Fridays in December for festive treats, deals, events, and more!  Festive Fridays in Fenwick will take place on Friday December 5th, 12th, and 19th.  This is an organized advertising effort by the Chamber, to promote the fun holiday activities and deals that businesses may already have planned, or to help businesses get creative and plan something for the holiday shopping season.

Participating businesses will be listed on bethany-fenwick.org, thequietresorts.com, The Quiet Resorts social media accounts, and BFACC social media accounts.  Participants will also be listed in weekly advertisements in the Coastal Point on December 5th, 12th, and 19th.  This is a free initiative for Chamber Members, and a $50 registration fee for non-member businesses to cover the cost of advertising.  Businesses are welcome to join the Chamber before the event to take advantage of the complimentary advertising for Festive Fridays and all other member benefits!

To participate, share the fun holiday specials or activities that your business is already planning on running at least one Friday of the event!  You do not need to offer something every Friday unless you want to.  Don't already have a festive activity or deal on the calendar for December Fridays?  Check out some fun ideas below!  Each business is encouraged to get creative and plan something that makes sense for your business, you do not need to choose from the list of ideas below.  Your activity or deal will be advertised at whatever designated time during your business hours, there is no specific event time for Festive Fridays.  Business registration closes Monday, November 24th.

• Gift card specials - "buy a $50 gift card on Festive Friday and receive an additional $10"
• Holiday gift baskets available for purchase on Fridays
• Friday off-season restaurant specials
• Discounted stocking stuffer items on Friday, or any discounted merchandise
• Offer christmas cookies or cocoa on Fridays to shoppers
• Host a holiday sip and shop on one or more Festive Friday
• Hold an in-store raffle on Festive Fridays, where shoppers are entered for a store gift card or other item
