Mat Pilates for Beginners at South Coastal Library

Join Laurie Golden, certified Pilates instructor, for a free 1-hour Pilates class for beginners at South Coastal Library on Tuesday, January 27th at 4pm. 

Ages 18+. 

Registration is very limited and required. Participants will be asked to sign a waiver. Registration opens two weeks prior to the class (January 13, 2026 @ 4 pm).
