Middlesex Women's Battle on the Beach Lifeguard Competition

Join us for the Middlesex Women's Battle on the Beach Life Guard Competition!

There will be 7 individual events: Iron Women (each competitor will complete a distance paddle, a distance run, and a distance swim, in that order), a Distance Swim, 1 Mile Run, Distance Paddle, Run Swim Run, Flags, and Tug of War (4 competitors per team).
