Over Time at Bethany Beach Bandstand

Over Time was started by Indian River High School Band Director Mark Marvel and three of his students in 2004 and soon grew to include a horn section.  This band is a returning favorite on the Bethany Bandstand and continues to entertain crowds with classic and modern rock and dance music. http://www.overtimerockband.com/
