Ready or Not: Emergency Preparedness Workshop

Adults 55 and older and their family members are encouraged to attend this free workshop and continental breakfast at the Roxana Volunteer Fire Company, 35943 Zion Church Road, Frankford, DE 19945. The workshop is sponsored by Delaware Sea Grant and the towns of Fenwick Island, Selbyville and South Bethany.

Attendees will:

• Learn about specific weather-related risks in your community and ways to develop an individual preparation plan

• Complete a File of Life profile

• Learn about evacuation and sheltering procedures from emergency responders

• Register for online emergency response systems
