Shake off the winter nights at the Delaware Seashore Parrot Head club's 4th Tropical Icebreaker. This event benefits Justin's Beach House and is sure to be a GREAT time!! Join them for some great music, a buffet and a wonderful silent auction. Tropical Soul will take you on a journey where palm trees sway and warm ocean breezes blow.
