Wild & Well: Yoga at the Bay

Breathe, stretch, and connect with nature during this sunset yoga and interpretive walk at James Farm Preserve, offered in partnership with Delaware Center for the Inland Bays and R.O.O.T.S.

The evening includes a gentle 1.5-mile guided walk and a grounding yoga practice that blends movement, breathwork, and Yin yoga.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and insect repellent.

Suggested donation: $15 per person. Ages 18+ only; weather permitting.
